Why you should use a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA). 

The National Elder Law Foundation (NELF) is the only national organization certifying practitioners of elder and special needs law. CELAs have indicated substantial involvement in elder law and/or special needs practice by demonstrating a minimum number of individual cases across various elder law categories. CELAs have focused at least half of their practice in the elder law/special needs field and passed a required comprehensive examination. CELAs have also undergone a review by peers and colleagues focused on the attorney’s reputation for ethical and competent representation in elder law and special needs planning matters.
